Starting February 11, you’ll sign in to Online Banking using a unique username instead of your account number. This helps protect your information and adds an extra layer of security, with minimal disruption.

How to change your username
1Open Online Banking or the Mobile App
Mobile App: Home screen → tap Change Username.
Desktop: Home page → Featured Products (top left) → Change Username.
2Create your username
- 1–20 characters
- Usernames are not case-sensitive
- No special characters
- Cannot begin or end with a space
- Cannot include your account number
- Cannot include your first or last name
- Cannot be all numbers
3Verify your device (MFA)
For added protection, you may be asked to enter your PIN and a one-time security code. Your device can be remembered for up to 60 days.

Account numbers can be sensitive information. Using a username helps reduce the risk of fraud and unauthorized access.
What if I don’t update before Feb 11?
You’ll be prompted to create a username the next time you log in.
Will anything else change?
No—this update only changes how you sign in. Your accounts and Online Banking features remain the same.
