UPDATE July 10, 2020

Due to the most recent update to the Executive Order, we are requiring those entering our buildings to wear a mask if over the age of 5 years old and medically able. If you prefer to not wear a mask, we ask you to utilize our online/mobile services, ATMs, or our drive-thru.

 

UPDATE June 4, 2020

We are excited to announce our lobby reopening plans! On Monday, June 8th, our lobbies will be back open with safety precautions in place.

We need your help to stay safe!

  • If you’re sick, please do not come into our lobbies.
  • If medically able, we request you wear a face covering.
  • Please use the floor markings to maintain at least six feet apart from others while inside.
  • We have a 4 member limit in each of our lobbies.

We are also doing our part!

  • We have installed germ guards between our Member Service Representatives and the member.
  • We are sanitizing our lobbies throughout the day.
  • Pens for signing will only be available by request. Members should keep the pen after the transaction.

We encourage members to take advantage of our mobile banking and mobile app services. In an effort to assist our members with social distancing, we are reminding our members to please use our remote banking services as much as possible. Our Member Service Representatives are eager to assist you with setting up online banking, mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and text banking. These services not only allow you the convenience of banking from home, but they will help in your personal efforts to limit your exposure to the coronavirus.

We’re still here to assist you however we can! We’re all in this together.  With the extension of the “Stay-at-Home” Executive Order, our drive-thru in Lowell and Edmore will remain open and our lobby for appointments only.

We have many online services available to use. From online & mobile banking, mobile check deposit, transferring funds within your account, or to another account via Bill Pay and Pay Anyone, there are many services to help you utilize your account with us from the comfort of your home. Stimulus Payments: Many Americans have started receiving their stimulus payment from the government. These payments are based on your most recent tax filing. Members who are receiving Social Security retirement and disability payments will also receive a stimulus payment. Click here to learn more about these payments and see if you’re eligible.

We will be here to serve you by phone, mobile/internet banking, ATMs, and by appointment only. Our drive-thrus will remain open.
